How far can the headsets transmit?

The headsets have a range of approximately 10 meters from the base unit or if set up in ‘peer to peer’ mode they have a range of approximately 10 meters from each other. Research has shown that most recreational aircraft position their passengers closer than 10 meters from the pilot.
